New Buisness:
Blue Cards must be given to Shelly Winebold before Court of Honor or given to Counselor. Scouts MUST be in FULL uniform with present badge on their uniform for Board of Review.

Permission slips MUST be turned in 2 weeks before outing

“ Capture the flag” is no longer allowed to be played at Scout meetings.
Complaints have been received regarding discipline at meetings. Parents are encouraged to be involved to help with problem.

ERIC GRABMAN – Scoutmaster

Said we need a CPR certified person to go on Beaver Creek canoe trip in order to get tour permit. Mr. Grim volunteered to attend canoe trip since his certificate is current.

Scott Mentzer received appointment to West Point.

Scouts are still able to sign up for Summer camp, $20.00 late fee is required
Troop 46 will walk in the Memorial Day parade with new Scouts leading the Color Guard
We need to know what to do with the supplies we collected to be sent to Iraq since there is no one to ship them too. Mike Moss will check with the Marine Corp. to see if they could use them for their “Toys for Tots” program.

June trip – Allegheny trip – June 26-28. Joe Illencik suggested raising cost for this trip from $20 to $25 because of gas prices.
Motion was make and was carried.

Summer camp – 19 boys attending so far and 7 adults attending
Order of the Arrow- kids not going to summer camp can still come to family night for the ceremony
Scouts need to look through merit badge selections before camp

August campout will be at the farm
October campout is open for suggestions

MIKE MOSS – Outdoor Chairman

Swimming and lifesaving for Scouts needing to finish up will be early June at Applewood Swim Club
Shotgun badge will be in late May

BETH BELGRAD – Charter Representative

Had concerns with unacceptable language at Scout meetings, outings, etc.
Suggestion of “Code of Conduct” be drawn up
